• Test and support a diverse portfolio of software services and tools
• Create and execute manual test plans and procedures
• Design, create, and carry out automated tests
• Communicate and resolve product quality issues with research and development teams
• Track defects using designated tools and processes

• 0-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst
• Knowledge of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, and expected results
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• A degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience with Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
• A questioning attitude and curiosity to get to the root cause of issues
• Demonstrated creativity and quality focus
• Demonstrated self-starter with technical flexibility and sense of ownership
