• Provide support for diagnosing and resolving complex issues in an IBM and Unisys mainframe environment
• Monitor and maintain system stability, utilizing performance monitoring tools
• Conduct troubleshooting of mainframe application support issues to minimize service interruptions
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and effective change management
• Provide status updates and documentation on ongoing issues and incident resolutions

• Must possess one of the following certifications: A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network +CE, or SSCP
• Clearance required:
  
  Secret, IT-I
• Willingness to work 3rd shift
• Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and MS Office Suite
• Experience with mainframe operations, including OS2200, z/OS, and z/VM environments

• Familiarity with BMC Control Products Suite for scheduling and batch processing
• Experience in incident management and ITSM ticketing software
• Previous work in a mainframe application support role
• Knowledge of Change Management processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members
