• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and manage the roadmap for Customer Success technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable product features
• Act as the Product Owner for scrum teams and help remove obstacles to effective product delivery
• Proactively evaluate Customer Success Management areas for improvement and manage the enhancement and bug fix backlog
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and feedback are incorporated into product development

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant product management experience and/or extensive Salesforce domain knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years working with stakeholders in a business environment across cross-functional groups
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Fusion, People Soft)
• Technical understanding of data pertaining to Enterprise Business Applications
• Experience managing technology in a SOX and SOC1 environment

• Advanced negotiation skills and strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to use data to drive product decisions and anticipate future trends
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
