• Become a subject matter expert in the employer's platform, including POS, Ecommerce, Payments, and related integrations
• Triage and manage Jira issues related to bugs, billing, and third-party integrations within defined service level objectives
• Write clear, actionable bug reports and maintain product documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with the Product Support Engineer (PSE) team to improve team effectiveness and resolve technical issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as the Support point of contact

• Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, SQL, and TCP/IP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience working with Jira or a similar issue-tracking system
• A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude

• SQL competency and strong product knowledge of the employer's platform
• Experience with Excel formulas and self-taught skills in programming or creative fields (e.g., JavaScript, Music Production)
