• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, including risk remediation and compliance projects
• Manage Service Now projects, focusing on platform implementations and process optimization
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, providing status reports and updates
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks for cybersecurity projects

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or hybrid delivery roles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with Agile and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• PMP®, CAPM®, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are a plus
