• Own partner operations workflows, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across onboarding, reporting, payments, and ongoing partner support
• Collaborate closely with Account Management to enhance partner health, retention, and expansion through operational excellence
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Legal teams to resolve technical issues and support partner needs
• Maintain accurate partner documentation, processes, and operational playbooks to support scalability and consistency
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and tooling

• 4+ years of experience in operations, partner operations, program management, or a related role
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), including data organization, analysis, and reporting
• Experience managing multiple workflows or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to own processes end-to-end with a high degree of accountability
• Experience managing recurring reporting, reconciliation, or close processes tied to financial or performance outcomes

• Experience supporting partner, vendor, or customer-facing programs in a technology or financial services environment
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Mode
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency or automate workflows
• Comfort working with multiple data sources and internal dashboards to validate and reconcile results
• SQL experience or ability to write basic queries for data validation and analysis
