Technical Lead - Mid-Atlantic Region

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and related technologies
• Provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshooting customer systems integrations as needed
• Manage repair, preventive maintenance, inventory, and installation functions under the contract
• Develop and implement facility-specific operations and maintenance processes
• Conduct inspections of completed projects to ensure compliance with company standards

• At least 10 years of experience in installation, integration, and maintenance of electronic security systems, video management systems, and intercoms
• Manufacturers certified on Hirsch Velocity, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, and Commend Intercom platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Ability to pass extensive government background checks and drug tests

• Familiarity with IX Aiphone Intercom systems
• Additional certifications related to electronic security systems
• Experience in preparing proposals in response to site-specific RFPs
• Prior experience working with contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies
