Technical Lead - West Region

• Limited regional travel required (approximately 15%) to support on-site issues

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and related technologies
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to staff as required
• Support repair, preventive maintenance, inventory, and installation-related functions under the contract
• Create, assign, and track work orders using a computerized maintenance management system
• Conduct inspections of assigned work areas to ensure project standards are met

• At least 10 years of experience in installation, integration, and maintenance of electronic security systems (ESS), video management systems (VMS), and intrusion detection systems (IDS)
• Manufacturers certified on Hirsch Velocity, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, and Commend Intercom platforms
• Solid verbal and written reporting experience
• Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to pass extensive government background checks and drug tests

• Certifications in Hirsch Velocity, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, Commend Intercom, and IX Aiphone Intercom
