Account Coordinator, Paid Search

• Provide vital production support for the account team, including running and formatting performance reports
• Implement account tasks and optimizations, and build and upload campaigns
• Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes as necessary
• Monitor daily performance and make recommendations for bid adjustments and budget pacing
• Create and QA tracking pixels and remarketing lists

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including functions like sorting, filters, vlookup, and pivot tables
• Understanding of paid search metrics and the ability to navigate various platforms for reporting
• Experience with campaign management tasks within Google Ads and Facebook
• Ability to perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in data reporting
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance trends and metrics

• Familiarity with SEM methodologies and various bidding strategies
• Experience in creating detailed report write-ups and performance analysis
• Understanding of campaign build strategies and best practices
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or analytics role
• Ability to delegate production tasks to team members effectively
