Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from back-end databases
• Support system integrations, data mappings, and process improvements within Momentum ERP
• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Momentum or other ERP solutions
• Strong experience building Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including querying back‑end tables and data validation
• Experience working in federal government environments or regulated industries

• Previous experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Familiarity with federal financial systems and compliance standards
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or Azure data services
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Microsoft Power BI, or similar)
