• Support the Program Manager and Senior Program Manager in project coordination and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics, developing agendas, and capturing meeting minutes
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional interactions
• Organize and standardize documentation across SharePoint sites and manage project trackers
• Collaborate with technical, data, and program teams to ensure alignment and execution of priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, public administration, information systems)
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, task management, or project management support roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal government contracts
• Project management or Agile certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PSM)
• Familiarity with data-focused teams and comfort with SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint terminology
• Experience developing or maintaining project dashboards or reporting tools
• Active or previously held Public Trust clearance
