• Serve as the principal implementation liaison, translating and documenting customer expectations and business processes
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations to drive outcomes and value
• Execute system configuration setup and translate technical requirements
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
• Lead and support customer change management strategies, ensuring user readiness and acceptance

• Post‑secondary education in a technology‑related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role
• Proven ability to manage multi‑resource projects and balance milestones efficiently
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Experience in workflow analysis and delivering recommendations to enhance business value

• Experience in the healthcare market
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and adapt priorities
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, complex team environment
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
