• Define and execute the strategic product roadmap for HR solutions within the Global Business Services framework
• Lead and mentor a team of subject matter experts and product owners to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives that enhance the HR portfolio
• Identify and implement GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI-enabled opportunities to improve HR workflows
• Utilize advanced AI frameworks to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and employee lifecycle management

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred focus on Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 10 years in Product Management with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of HR business processes, including payroll integration and global regulatory compliance
• Proven experience leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI capabilities for intelligent solutions
• Demonstrated ability to define complex product strategies and manage cross-functional execution

• Experience in leading enterprise or departmental solutions in a technology-focused environment
• Strong background in managing the full product development lifecycle from discovery to market launch
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives within HR
