What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive customer engagement to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their LIGER tool investment
  • Collaborate with users and subject matter experts to understand and define customer challenges and needs

  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and utilizing the most recent product versions

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive services to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital transformation or project management
  • Strong skills in issue resolution through root cause and business process analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with the US Army and understanding Army culture, organization, and requirements
  • Background in Defense technology
  • Certifications in Agile Product Management
  • Experience in product marketing and/or sales engineering
