• Collaborate with users and subject matter experts to understand and define customer challenges and needs
• Promote customer success stories and advocate for customer perspectives within the company
• Ensure customers are technically healthy and utilizing the most recent product versions
• Resolve escalated client issues efficiently by leveraging resources across the company ecosystem

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer professional services or related business support
• Experience with in the Federal technology industry
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive services to a broad range of stakeholders
• Familiarity with digital transformation or project management
• Strong skills in issue resolution through root cause and business process analysis

• Experience working with the US Army and understanding Army culture, organization, and requirements
• Background in Defense technology
• Certifications in Agile Product Management
• Experience in product marketing and/or sales engineering
