• Provide technical support to partners via email, phone, chat, cases, and remote sessions
• Research, analyze, and document findings related to product issues
• Monitor backup and critical service failure events, investigating and resolving incidents
• Maintain a knowledge base of products and services, contributing to written articles
• Document partner interactions and troubleshooting results clearly and concisely

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong customer service skills with a desire to assist partners
• Familiarity with backup technology and basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technology
• Basic understanding of operating systems, such as Linux

• Experience working in a technical, service-oriented position
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers
• Basic understanding of IT, professional services, CRM, and ERP markets
