- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and trust
- Drive the adoption and consumption of Sentinel One products post‑sales
- Translate customer objectives and technical requirements into actionable project deliverables
- Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them
- Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders
- Over 5 years of experience in a client‑facing Project Management/Service Delivery role, preferably with SIEM implementations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR and XDR
- Practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects for external clients
- Leadership qualities with experience in guiding and mentoring teams
- Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
