• Own the end-to-end Identity Verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Drive platformization efforts to enable self-serve configuration of IDV requirements and decision rules
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize routing across IDV vendors for improved success rates and reduced fraud
• Lead initiatives to combat synthetic fraud and AI-generated identity attacks
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and CX to deliver exceptional IDV experiences

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in Identity, Verification, Trust & Safety, or related fields
• Proven experience in building and scaling platform products with self-serve configuration, APIs, and SDKs
• Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering on complex backend systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and contract negotiation
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of defining and tracking success metrics
