Position: Customer Success Manager (Growth)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage assigned dealer customer portfolios for Tekion products
  • Handle dealer inquiries and communications effectively
  • Analyze customer data to enhance the overall experience
  • Mediate between dealer contacts and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Demonstrate value to promote growth and retention through business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealership or automotive software
  • Experience in customer success and/or post‑sales delivery and enablement
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Excel and Power Point
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills for diverse audiences

  • Experience with the ARC platform
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
