• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for test security and platform defense across the digital assessment platform
• Translate product strategy into actionable initiatives implemented across multiple product domains and engineering teams
• Own delivery for specific test security or platform defense capabilities when appropriate
• Communicate security posture, emerging risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership
• Establish shared success metrics to measure progress holistically across teams

• 8+ years of product management or related experience, including senior ownership of complex technical platforms
• Experience in security-sensitive, adversarial, or high-trust environments (e.g., assessments, identity, fraud, fintech)
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
• Proven experience in defining platform-scale product strategy and setting clear prioritization
• Strong technical fluency across platform architecture, data, APIs, and system design

• Experience coordinating and influencing cross-team work without direct authority
• Proven ability to own and prioritize backlogs for deeply technical engineering teams
• Clear, precise communication skills in complex, high-stakes, or sensitive contexts
• A learner’s mindset and comfort operating in evolving threat landscapes
• Willingness to travel 5-7 times a year for business-related activities
