• Design, architect, and implement enterprise SaaS platforms, including identity systems and collaboration tools
• Build integrations between SaaS platforms using APIs and develop automation solutions with scripting languages
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365/Entra , Slack, and Zoom
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors on escalations
• Lead cross‑functional IT projects and stay current with SaaS trends and best practices

• Experience in SaaS platform engineering and user support
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, and Bash
• Strong understanding of IAM workflows including authentication and provisioning
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders
• Proven experience in leading IT projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Entra , Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools
• Previous experience in a high‑performance environment, particularly in finance or asset management
• Knowledge of security best practices and risk management in SaaS environments
