• Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with assigned clients to enhance customer relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address areas of improvement
• Develop customer engagement plans and strategies to drive business expansion
• Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster career growth and align with company principles
• Conduct contract negotiations and establish long-term partnerships with retail clients

• Bachelor's degree;
  Master's preferred
• 15+ years of experience in leading complex businesses, with at least 7 years in customer-facing roles
• Proven track record in delivering positive outcomes for retail customers and leading joint business planning
• Experience in the Food, Drug, or Mass Merchandising sectors
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain executive-level business relationships

• Background in digital media, in-store media, e-commerce software, and analytics
• Demonstrated ability in people development and talent retention
• Experience in driving business solutions in a retail environment
