- Assist with provisioning and basic configuration of AWS resources such as EC2, S3, IAM users/roles, and VPC components
- Monitor TWS/IWS job streams and report failures or delays to senior staff
- Apply IAM policies and access changes based on approved requests
- Perform first‑level triage on incidents and service tickets
- Execute scheduled backups and verify backup completion
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 2+ years of experience (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years in IT support, system administration, or cloud support roles
- Exposure to AWS through coursework, labs, or professional experience
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Foundational scripting skills (Bash or Python)
- Familiarity with cloud concepts such as IAM, compute, and storage
- Exposure to automation tools like Ansible or Cloud Formation
