- Activate and configure Service Now applications to meet business needs
- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications
- Collaborate closely with customers to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of software development experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Experience with software compliance standards
- Ability to document testing and maintenance of system corrections
- Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
- Experience with the development of Service Now workflows, client, and server-side scripting
- Familiarity with Service Now modules such as IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Software Asset Management
- Web service and database experience
- Knowledge of operational requirements and characteristics of overall systems
