• Own a product area, defining long‑term strategy for staking protocol integrations and infrastructure
• Develop products and services for both internal and external developer audiences
• Manage the addition of multiple assets, including network launches and staking support
• Oversee public-facing developer tools and community management
• Research emerging technologies in the crypto space and cultivate relationships with key community members

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar capacity
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi and protocol technologies
• Strong passion for building an open financial system
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both individual contributors and executive leadership
• Ability to learn quickly and navigate through ambiguity to deliver results

• Previous experience in crypto-native projects, such as Staking, NFTs, or De Fi
• Familiarity with staking and on-chain activities, including interacting with Ethereum addresses and blockchain-based services
