• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies, QA, and governance for multi‑app platform implementations
• Support design, development, and testing activities across multiple client projects
• Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement
• Mentor and train resources within the organization to enhance team capabilities

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
• Active Lead Certification in Appian
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly

• Experience in UI/UX Design
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with data management and data visualization/BI tools
• Understanding of Dev Sec Ops  and Configuration Management practices
• Exposure to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies
