Position Overview

RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services is seeking a Senior Manager,
Agile & Digital Delivery to drive agility across Enterprise Infrastructure Services teams. This role will coach Scrum teams, guide leadership and product management, and enable cultural change to improve business agility.

You will align delivery practices with strategic goals and use data and storytelling to demonstrate continuous improvement and business impact.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with Agile Coaches to design and implement business intelligence solutions for reporting, operations, and programs.
  • Streamline and automate reporting across on- and off-prem systems.
  • Administer and optimize Jira, Confluence, and other Agile/Dev Ops tools to support workflows, metrics, and governance.
  • Drive tool adoption and best practices through training, documentation, and hands‑on support.
  • Translate business needs into tool configurations and BI visualizations, including mobile‑friendly solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and alignment with Agile/Dev Ops standards.
  • Recommend new features, integrations, and automations to improve productivity.
  • Develop standard processes and playbooks for repeatable practices.
  • Coach executives, leaders, product owners, and teams on Agile, Lean, Dev Ops, and AI practices.
  • Guide Scrum teams to enhance collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 5 years Proven experience with Jira administration and dashboard/report creation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Tableau, Power

    BI, Python, R, SQL, Snowflake, Matillion, Informatica, Jira, and Dev Ops tools.
  • Agile coaching certified (RSM, CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC) with knowledge of SAFe or other scaling frameworks.
  • Experienced in Workday, SAP, Service Now, SharePoint, Power Apps/Power Automate, and GenAI/Agentic AI.
  • Skilled in coaching multiple teams, program/portfolio delivery, and working with senior leaders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, creativity and ability to work independently
  • Familiar with flow metrics, outcome‑based measures, and improvement frameworks.
