• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineers focused on data acquisition while fostering a collaborative team culture
• Execute the technical roadmap and strategy for data acquisition pipelines and systems
• Provide technical guidance on the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of data ingestion frameworks and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a management role overseeing software engineering or data acquisition teams
• Proven experience in leading virtual teams
• Deep expertise in building and managing high-volume data pipelines and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of data sources, integration patterns, and ETL/ELT tools

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Scala, or Go
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, No

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
