• Lead and provide technical leadership for enterprise‑level software implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage project dependencies, and create contingency plans
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the project
• Assist in organizational sales efforts to enhance customer satisfaction

• Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport
• Initiative and high energy with a commitment to follow‑through
• Technical competency with Google Product Suite, Salesforce/Kantata, and Smartsheet

• PMP certification
• Experience with Salesforce/Kantata
• Experience implementing enterprise‑level ERP or accounting systems
• Knowledge of the transportation industry
