- Coordinate planning and integration across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Ensure delivery of dashboards and reporting aligned with organizational metrics
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex healthcare IT integration programs
- Proven experience leading SAFe® or Agile programs with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-vendor integration programs
- Experience supporting VA Office of Clinical Informatics or EHR modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, and enterprise reporting solutions
- Knowledge of VA IT and data platforms, including Corporate Data Warehouse and Service Now
