• Responsible for business systems design, configuration, and upgrades for low to medium complexity applications
• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests and guide workflow design
• Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with system changes
• Provide end-user production support for issues and troubleshoot problems
• Develop and maintain system documentation while participating in training for end users

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or in data/software engineering, data analytics, or data science
• Proficiency in database administration including SQL, Sybase, and/or Maxdb
• Extensive experience with SAP Basis administration (at least 5 years) and SAP HANA database (at least 3 years)
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

• Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP monitoring using Cloud ALM or other third-party tools
• Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling techniques
• Expertise in SAP operations, including performance tuning and transport management
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
