• Serve as the primary architect and administrator of the Growth technology stack, ensuring its health, integration, and optimization
• Support the adoption of technology tools across Growth Development and Network Development, including process documentation and reporting
• Evaluate existing technology and investigate, implement, and roll out new technology solutions
• Maintain existing systems, including upgrade scheduling and managing personnel changes
• Manage the implementation and rollout of changes and systems effectively

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
• Minimum of 3 years in a marketing operations or sales operations management role
• At least 3 years of experience managing and implementing growth‑enablement tools such as Outreach.io, Chili Piper, and
• Proven project management skills for managing the implementation and rollout of systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment

• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C/DTC event management
• Ability to synthesize complex sets of information into clear, non-technical communications
• Excellent organizational skills and self‑motivation to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Experience with tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Power Point
