• Manage client implementations of Public Safety software from contract signature through to go-live
• Track project deadlines, milestones, and processes to ensure quality, time, and cost requirements are met
• Coordinate resources from internal and external teams to move projects forward
• Address escalations and manage any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Represent the employer in all customer meetings and ensure adherence to delivery budgets

• Proven experience as a project manager for significant software implementations
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness
• Ability to undergo SC clearance

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• PRINCE2 practitioner certification
