- Define and execute the Salesforce Platform Operations strategy in alignment with business priorities
- Partner with various stakeholders to forecast demand, plan releases, and ensure operational readiness
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes and platform performance
- Manage vendor and partner performance to ensure alignment with expectations
- Oversee the development and negotiation of SLAs/OLAs for Salesforce services
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 10+ years in IT with progressive responsibility; 5+ years in leadership roles preferred
- Demonstrated experience operating and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of platform operations disciplines and service management practices
- Experience with budget and vendor management, including managed services and licensing
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe principles and ability to operate in a product-centric model
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and process standardization
