• Create, update, and maintain CMDB records in accordance with DCSA Configuration Management policies
• Conduct audits and reconcile CMDB records with Configuration Item records
• Support the BIES PMO in generating data reports and key performance indicator metrics
• Develop and implement processes, procedures, and presentations for the BIES PMO
• Participate in Configuration Change Management meetings and document detailed notes of discussions

• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Configuration/Change Management experience
• ITIL Foundations certification and Service Transition experience
• Ability to perform requirement gathering and analysis for Configuration Policies and Plans
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• ITIL certification preferred; ITIL and ST certifications required within 1 year of employment
• Experience in maintaining a Knowledge Management Database in an ITIL environment
• Familiarity with generating and analyzing key performance indicators
