Senior Salesforce Developer – STMD CRM & Digital Front Door

Overview

Employer Industry: Information Technology (specifically focused on government and defense sectors)

• Develop Salesforce custom code and configurations (Apex, LWC, Flows)
• Create integration components and interfaces for seamless functionality
• Produce technical design documentation and solution diagrams
• Manage deployment and release artifacts
• Provide support for system testing, UAT, and production releases

• Advanced experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative development
• Experience working in multi-tenant or shared Salesforce environments
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and role-based access controls

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
• Experience supporting CRM implementations in federal or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar front-end capabilities
• Experience working with enterprise IT governance and OCIO-led platforms
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
