Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

8+ years of experience as a Service Now Business Analyst, with 3+ years focused on Service Now IRM implementation.

Strong knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/ Governance Risk and Control (GRC).

Strong knowledge of implementing IRM using Service Now.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

Understand end to end business processes and map them to Service Now IRM capabilities and configurations.

Act as the primary liaison between business users, architects, developers, and platform teams.

Convert business requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories for Service Now development team.

Analyze, design, and support implementations across Service Now IRM modules, including:

Policy and Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Third Party Risk Management

Define requirements for:

Risk statements, risk scoring, and assessment methodologies
Controls, control testing, and issue management
Policy lifecycle management and attestations
Regulatory mapping and evidence collection

Collaborate with Service Now Architects to ensure solutions follow platform best practices and design standards.

Review configuration and development delivered by the team to ensure alignment with requirements.

Facilitate developing the IRM reports and dashboards needed.

Experience working in Agile methodologies.
