• Define and execute the Salesforce Platform Operations strategy in alignment with business priorities
• Partner with various stakeholders to forecast demand, plan releases, and ensure operational readiness
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes and platform performance
• Manage vendor and partner performance to ensure alignment with expectations
• Oversee the development and negotiation of SLAs/OLAs for Salesforce services

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Typically 10+ years in IT with progressive responsibility; 5+ years in leadership roles preferred
• Demonstrated experience operating and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of platform operations disciplines and service management practices

• Experience with budget and vendor management, including managed services and licensing
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe principles and ability to operate in a product-centric model
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and process standardization
