Senior Program Manager

• Lead the successful implementation of multiple concurrent software projects, ensuring on‑time and in‑scope delivery
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and third‑party vendors, removing roadblocks and escalating issues as necessary
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with executives and stakeholders to ensure accountability and meet commitments
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate success metrics and risks
• Act as a strategic partner and “voice of the customer,” identifying product and experience improvements

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations in both small and large organizations
• 5+ years in a customer‑facing project management role, preferably in professional services or healthcare
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
• Strong proficiency with project management software platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail across all forms of communication

• Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with enterprise EHR software platforms (Advanced
  
  MD, Epic, Athena, Oracle)
• Familiarity with behavioral health use cases and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools (Power
  
  BI, Tableau)
