What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead a complex data access and linkage program enabling secure research use of real-world data
  • Manage scope, schedule, budgets, quality, risks, and communications across all tasks and program years
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders in governance meetings and reviews
  • Oversee integration of technical and operational work across various teams to ensure compliant delivery
  • Establish and maintain program-level metrics and dashboards for security, quality, and user satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in bioinformatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal contract management or managing large programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 10+ years of experience managing Agile methodology-driven projects in federal environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, including technical and operational experts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Doctoral degree in bioinformatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a program lead for large federal health data or research programs
  • Familiarity with secure enclave governance, cloud services, and data access workflows
  • Additional certifications such as Agile, ITIL, or technical credentials related to cloud and data engineering
  • Direct experience engaging with NIH institutes/centers or other federal data providers
