- Lead a complex data access and linkage program enabling secure research use of real-world data
- Manage scope, schedule, budgets, quality, risks, and communications across all tasks and program years
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders in governance meetings and reviews
- Oversee integration of technical and operational work across various teams to ensure compliant delivery
- Establish and maintain program-level metrics and dashboards for security, quality, and user satisfaction
- Master’s degree in bioinformatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal contract management or managing large programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 10+ years of experience managing Agile methodology-driven projects in federal environments
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, including technical and operational experts
- Doctoral degree in bioinformatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a program lead for large federal health data or research programs
- Familiarity with secure enclave governance, cloud services, and data access workflows
- Additional certifications such as Agile, ITIL, or technical credentials related to cloud and data engineering
- Direct experience engaging with NIH institutes/centers or other federal data providers
