- Partner with sales representatives to identify business opportunities and qualify leads
- Recommend and customize Citrix solutions to meet customers' business and technical needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase Citrix offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to customers
- Provide ongoing support and technical consultation during the pre-sales phase
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, IT consulting, or solution engineering, preferably in the Citrix space
- Proficiency in Citrix solutions, such as Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Virtual Desktops, and Citrix ADC (Net Scaler)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Data Directory, and related technologies
- Experience in sales and/or technical roles involving cloud or virtualization solutions
- Knowledge of Citrix licensing models and pricing
