• Lead the enterprise Cybersecurity IAM strategy, architecture, and ecosystem for the employer
• Develop architectural artifacts and models, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Design IAM solutions aligned with business objectives and support the employer's Zero Trust strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain technical requirements and future state of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and provide guidance on cybersecurity risk assessments and architectural designs

• Bachelor's degree in business, information security, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience in a healthcare environment, with at least one year in cybersecurity architecture at the enterprise level
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, including identification, authentication, and identity lifecycle management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
• Experience with vendor selection and defining requirements for cybersecurity technologies

• Ten or more years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity focused on IAM architecture
• Familiarity with IAM protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and OAuth
• Experience with significant IAM tools like Azure Active Directory, Okta, or Sail Point
• Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Proven ability to mentor less experienced team members
