• Plan, facilitate, and lead user research activities across various projects
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve inclusive, accessible, and effective research outcomes
• Conduct qualitative analysis and synthesize findings to create user journeys and user stories
• Engage with stakeholders to negotiate and guide them towards positive project outcomes
• Support project teams in navigating the complexities and ambiguities of user‑centered design projects

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior User Researcher
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience on GDS or public sector projects
• Must be eligible for NPPV3 clearance
• Strong facilitation skills for conducting user interviews and usability testing

• Proactive and autonomous approach to leading discussions and adding value
• Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of ethical research practices and accessibility needs in user research
