• Provide remote technical support for Synapse products, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Document troubleshooting processes and elevate cases as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain accurate case documentation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support various products and services
• Adhere to quality and regulatory compliance requirements in all job duties

• Bachelor’s Degree, Trade School Certification, or equivalent industry experience
• One or more relevant technical industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities

• Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse Administration
• Familiarity with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
• Knowledge of medical informatics architecture and security certifications (Security + or higher)
• Understanding of Postgre
  
  SQL and Linux Architecture
