Senior Technical Consultant - IAM​/IGA

• Lead technical work streams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of IGA solutions
• Design and build automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, as well as self-service access request portals
• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, birthright access policies, and certification campaigns
• Develop API-based integrations and flat-file connectors for various applications
• Troubleshoot complex synchronization errors and system performance issues as a Tier 3 escalation point

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering solutions with enterprise IGA tools (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ/Identity Now, Oracle)
• Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell, JavaScript, or Power Shell for custom rule development
• Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, and XML
• Experience integrating with mainstream enterprise applications such as SAP, SFDC, and Workday
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC protocols

• Professional-level certification in a major IGA platform and CISSP/CISM (desired, but not required)
