• Lead the development of advanced advertising analytics and tools to enhance performance across paid media channels
• Own and improve analytics tools for campaign planning, bidding, forecasting, and optimization
• Drive automation and operational excellence through self-service analytics and reduced manual reporting
• Provide performance monitoring and decision support using predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and develop a high-performing analytics team aligned with business goals

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics and 5+ years managing analytics teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex analytical models
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex analyses into actionable insights
• Proven leadership ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams

• Experience in advertising ecosystems and performance measurement
• Background in project management with a strategic mindset for long-term execution
• Ability to thrive in fast-growing and evolving environments
