• Lead and coach the Technical Delivery Team to achieve customer objectives and promote a culture of high performance
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet regional services delivery goals, including revenue and resource targets
• Provide technical guidance and oversight during customer engagements
• Collaborate with various teams to understand customer needs and ensure consistent service delivery
• Standardize delivery processes and drive improvements based on field input and customer feedback

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
• 15+ years of professional services delivery experience, including managing large teams (25+)
• Strong management consulting experience and skills
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies
• Proven ability to forecast and achieve delivery metrics, including customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

• Experience managing cross-functional professional services teams
• Strong executive stakeholder presence, both internally and externally
• Ability to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
• Proven track record of mitigating risks impacting project timelines or deliverables
• Experience in developing industry-based solutions for various customer verticals
