Understanding of organizational governance structures and the importance of compliance

• Intermediate-level understanding of ADO features including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, and Dashboards
• Expertise in using ADO Analytics views, OData queries, and Analytics widgets.
• Experience with stakeholder management/requirements gathering
• Familiarity with SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and operations
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and particularly SAFe (given the mention of PIs, Epics, Features).
• Advanced Power Builder skills in connecting Power BI to ADO (via OData feeds or direct connectors), data modeling and designing insightful dashboards and reports.
• Basic understanding of Azure cloud services as ADO is part of the Azure ecosystem.
