• Set the vision and drive execution for Reliability Engineering at the employer
• Own and coordinate delivery of high availability of core services, meeting service level standards
• Maintain a best‑in‑industry global incident response and lifecycle program
• Build software and program management structures for continual risk management across the organization
• Hire and develop a global team of Site Reliability Engineers, systems engineers, and full‑stack engineers

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software and site reliability engineering
• Experience leading SRE, systems engineering, and full‑stack engineering teams
• Proven track record of driving key outcomes that contribute to the company’s success
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across various disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

• Experience working in a remote‑first environment
• Successful background in establishing and growing teams while retaining talent
• Comfort working with ambiguity and navigating complex challenges
• Exceptional instincts for empathetic messaging and communication
