• Monitor account activity to identify fraudulent financial transactions and violations
• Secure accounts to prevent losses and validate authorized charges
• Collaborate with internal departments and merchants to resolve customer service issues
• Maintain merchant processing statistics and records
• Address recurring questions and use technical instructions to guide problem-solving

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically three to five years of related work experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions

• Experience with loss mitigation
• Technical or trade school certificate in business or computer science
• Strong problem-solving skills in a technical environment
