Salesforce Solution Architect

• Create comprehensive design documents, data models, and system architecture for Salesforce implementations
• Gather requirements from business leaders and translate them into functional technical specifications
• Guide developers, oversee code quality, and provide best practice recommendations
• Design integrations with third‑party systems and configure complex solutions using declarative and programmatic tools
• Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate solutions

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or consulting, with previous architect experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform capabilities
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce data modeling
• Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS principles, system integration patterns, and security models
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for executive stakeholders

• Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role
